      With all of the information learned, students should be able to take on entry level positions in human resources in as little as 18 months, depending on the speed of course completion for each student.

      Prerequisites for Enrollment and Graduation

      In order to be accepted into a degree program in human resources at the associate level, aspiring students need to have a high school diploma or a general education degree, be over the age of 18 and fill out an online or written application form. Many schools will also require transcripts from your high school and perhaps even results from the ACT or SAT exam.

      In order to complete the entire human resource degree program at the associate level, students will need to have completed each of the courses in their syllabus and have earned a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Students will need to have 60 credits in order to be eligible for graduation, and they should have completed all the major course requirements as well.
